Marilee studied photography while attending Rice University in Houston, Texas, graduating in 2000 with a BA in French Studies. After graduation, she lived in France and traveled throughout Europe, North Aftrica, and Southesast Asia, taking pictures everywhere she went. Marilee moved to Boulder, Colorado in 2001, and founded Marilee Langner Photography in 2002. She has been photographing weddings and people professionally ever since. When she is not at work, Marilee enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, backpacking and exploring Colorado’s wilderness areas, as well as parks and wilderness areas of other western states.
